  • Thomas Charles Lipp born Thomas Charles Lieb (June 4, 1870 – May 30, 1932) was an American professional baseball player who played in one game for the Philadelphia Phillies during the 1897 season.
  • He was born in Baltimore, Maryland and died there at the age of 61. Lipp played for numerous minor league teams during his professional career.
  • While in the minors, he was both a pitcher and an outfielder.
  • His career began with the Lynchburg Hill Climbers of the independent Virginia League in 1894.
  • In 1896, he played for four separate minor league teams.
