- Sir Richard Harries Davies, KCVO, CBE (28 June 1916 – 29 January 1995) was a British businessman and courtier.He was educated at Cardiff Technical College and worked for the scientific civil service from 1939 to 1946 (including four years with the British Air Commission in Washington, DC).
- He was Vice President of Ferranti Electric Inc.
