- Rashid Alimov, also referred as Rashid Qutbiddinovich Alimov or Rashid Qutbiddinovich Olimov, (born 23 in Stalinabad) is the former minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan from 1992 to 1994.
