- Makhdoom Khusro Bakhtiar (Urdu: ????? ???? ???????; born 7 July 1969) is a Pakistani politician who currently serves as the Federal Minister of National Food Security and Research, since 19 November 2019.
- He has also been the Federal Minister for Planning, Development and Reforms, from 20 August 2018 to 18 November 2019.
- He has been a member of the National Assembly of Pakistan since August 2018.
- Previously, he was a member of the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab from 1997 to 1999.
- He was a member of National Assembly from 2002 to 2007 and again from June 2013 to April 2018.
- During his first tenure as Member of the National Assembly, he served as Minister of State for Foreign Affairs from September 2004 to November 2007 in the federal cabinet of Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz.
