- Vincent. Jesse Vincent (born June 21, 1976) is a computer programmer and entrepreneur, best known for his work with the Perl programming language.
- He created the ticket-tracking system Request Tracker ("RT") and founded the company Best Practical Solutions. He created RT while working at Wesleyan University in 1994.
