- Andreas Neocleous Evripidi (Greek: ??d??a? ?e??????? ????p?d?; born 3 July 1939) is a Cypriot lawyer and a former member of the House of Representatives of Cyprus. Andreas Neocleous participated in EOKA's fight for the liberation of the island, and he was arrested by the British troops and imprisoned during 1956-1959.In 1970, he was elected as a member of the Parliament of the United Party (Eniaion Party) in Cyprus.
